Description
A centuries-old royal favorite Chicken Makhani is now the modern Butter Chicken. Tender chicken pieces are cooked in the creamiest, deliciously tangy sauce. Now easily create it at home with Patel’s Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce.
Needs: A pack of Patel’s Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce, 3 chicken breasts, 1/4 tab of butter, 2 cups of water, 5 tbsp cream. For a vegetarian curry substitute chicken with 300 g soft tofu. Directions: 1. Fry and sear chicken in 1/4 tab of butter in a saucepan for 5 minutes on a medium high heat till golden brown. 2. Stir in Patel’s Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce, along with water, cover and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and desired sauce consistency is achieved. 3. Add cream and simmer uncovered for 30 seconds. Garnish with fresh, chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with naan bread or steamed Basmati rice. You can also use the Butter Chicken as a delicious filling for a wrap or sandwich!Vendor Information
