Thelma’s started at the Downtown Farmers’ Market in Des Moines, Iowa, using our Great-Grandma Thelma’s cookie recipes and a local ice cream. These mini versions of our classic ice cream sandwiches have a soft, chewy texture and make the perfect treat for any occasion. Each box has one of each of our three favorite flavors: Signature Snickerdoodle with Vanilla Ice Cream, Double Chocolate Chip with Chocolate Ice cream, and Classic Sugar Cookie with Strawberry Ice Cream.
