Gluten-free noodles are tossed with an organic tamari-based sauce and then mixed with veggies, peanuts, garlic, and a sweet little Sichuan kick.

To cook, we offer both microwave and oven directions! With a microwave, this meal is ready in just 3 ½ minutes. For those who do not have a microwave, you can warm your favorite Cauliflower Kung Pao meal in about 35-40 minutes in a conventional oven.
Enjoy this meal as is, or dress it up with sliced avocado, extra chopped peanuts, baked tofu, or your favorite cooked protein such as shrimp. The possibilities are endless!
